NEWTON'S APPLE

This event includes gaming sessions as well as practical sessions where

mental ability is checked. The event includes 3 rounds:-

1) PUZZLE ROUND:-
It will be the gaming session where some puzzles and tasks will be given.

The team, who performs the task in minimum time will be selected from

Each slot. There will be 5-6 teams in each slot.

2) CLIPS ROUND:-
The short listed teams, will be provided some set of clips, related to

general science. Questions would be asked on it. The clips will contain

certain marks. THIS WILL BE THE FINAL ELIMINATION ROUND.

3) PRACTICAL ROUND: -
It will be the final round with some technical blend. The final teams will

be given some practical problems based on basic engineering and

they have to perform it practically. The best three teams with most efficient

performance will be announced as winners.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions-

The different rules are:-

1. Each team has 2 members.

2. In case of tie in any round, both the teams will be selected.

3. Results of 1^st and 2^nd rounds will be published just after 30

Minutes for each slot.

4. The prize money will be given as cheques.

5. Cell phones and other communicating devices are not allowed in

The event lab.

6. Last date of registration is 14^th March 2009.

7. In any case, the decision of judges will not be altered.
